We had a fantastic experience at Jasmine Suites during our stay in Mysore. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. The staff was extremely polite, responsive, and helpful throughout our visit, making sure all our needs were met.Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Mysore. We would definitely choose Jasmine Suites again on our next visit!

Very quiet & peaceful location. The property is properly maintained. Service is very polite & empathetic. The place offers 1 BHK with a green view from balcony.

Located in a good location in mysore, easy to commute, you can find plenty of hotel options, rooms are clean and hygienic, they can improve the bed comfort also they can provide basic facilities like kettle... Overall a good stay in mysore for an affordable price.

The bed was comfortable ’’, and the room was clean ’’.However, there were several negatives that prevented me from giving a higher rating:- _No kettle in the room_ ’’: This was a major inconvenience, especially since we were traveling with kids and needed hot water frequently ’’.- _Limited quantity breakfast_ ’’: The breakfast spread was limited, and the quantities were not sufficient ’’. To make matters worse, _breakfast was not refilled_, leaving us with limited options ’’.- _Low customer friendly approach_ ’’: The hotel staff seemed uninterested in addressing our concerns ’’’’’. When we brought the issues to their attention, they seemed put off and unhelpful ’’.- _Unwillingness to provide extra pillows_ ’’: We asked for extra pillows for our kids, but the staff seemed uninterested in serving us ’’. After some persuasion, they finally gave us 2 pillows for the kids ’’’’’’’’.- _Bathroom needs fixing_ ’’: The bathroom was not well-maintained. The tiles were not clean ’’, and the taps were faulty ’’.Overall, while the room was comfortable ’’, the lack of amenities, poor customer service, and maintenance issues left a lot to be desired ’’.
