When I Was Book Room On Agoda It Will Show BF Is Complimentary But Hotel Staff Don't Allow This
We first got a room with non working AC and the remote was destroyed. Also the washroom tap was removed and hanging. We had to shift the room in between and move to another room. There were no complimentary coffee sugar pouches unlike other rooms. Breakfast was included but our name was not on the list creating more issues. The property location was good but the management was worst.
The location of the hotel is very convenient to the main market but the reception staff if pathetic. They have not even basic courtesy to welcome their guest. They have offered us the worst room they have only because we have book their hotel online and not from their own platform. The experience was even worst when we confront them, they even deny basic drinking water to us. I really want to let the higher management of the hotel to please review the behaviour of the receptionist something calls Mr. Mahendra R.
