Great staff and a good location, but the stay had a few issues. The duct AC sparked and malfunctioned, which made us feel unsafe. Additionally, the rooftop party caused so much noise that it was impossible to get an early sleep. Finally, the room was noticeably smaller than pictured

Had an incredible time at Kanchan Tilak with wonderful staff, especially Pandeyji.

Staff is unprofessional and liars. I booked one night through Agoda and by mistake I chose next day's date. I immediately contacted Agoda and the put in cancellation request immediately with hotel. We reached hotel same day and informed about the date change request. Which they said it's online and they cannot refund immediately, however, when they will recieve email from Agoda, they will cancel and refund full amount. Next day after I left, they denied cancellation and any refund. Very unprofessional and liars. I will not recommend this hotel at all to anyone.

Hotel ki sabhi sevaen theek hain aur kamre bhi pehle se behtar bana diye gaye hain. Main har baar booking ke liye Mahendra se baat karta hoon, unka vyavhaar kaafi achha hai. Maine unse request ki hai ki breakfast mein koi ek item hata kar koi meetha badhaya jaye, jaise jalebi ya kuch aur.
