I would give minus 100’. Studio Magnolia are too small for 12500 tariff . Even lion den is too small. Staff rude and unhelpful.Extremely Disappointing Stay. Poor Management and Unprofessional StaffWe booked a two-night stay at Karma Chalets for a family of five adults and two children, expecting a relaxing getaway. Instead, it turned into one of the most stressful hotel experiences we have ever had.On arrival, we were made to wait for nearly two hours before being allotted rooms that were next to an active construction site. After repeatedly requesting a change because of the noise and surroundings, we were finally shifted to another villa. We were clearly told that we could stay there for our entire two-day booking.To our surprise, after spending one night in that villa, the management informed us that it had been sold to another guest and that we had to vacate immediately. We were once again left waiting with no room available. Eventually, we were shifted to the Lion’s Den, which was again located near the construction area. The room had an unpleasant smell, and the constant construction noise completely ruined the peaceful atmosphere we had come for.The most disturbing incident happened on the second day. My husband had to leave for work, and on the first day itself I had informed Azrudin, the Assistant Front Office Manager, that we had specifically chosen Karma Chalets because it was close to our home, allowing my husband to attend work if required.Despite this, while my husband was leaving, a staff member named Bhavik allegedly instructed the security gate to stop him without any explanation. This escalated into a very unpleasant confrontation. I received a call from my husband saying that he had been stopped at the gate and that a bouncer had behaved aggressively towards him. This incident was completely unnecessary and deeply upsetting for our family.Throughout our stay, the staff were unhelpful, rude and unapologetic. Instead of resolving issues, they appeared to blame guests for problems created by their own poor coordination.Other issues included:* Extremely slow buggy/cart service.* Unnecessary restrictions on guest movement and vehicle access.* Poor communication between departments.* Constant inconvenience caused by repeated room changes.* A complete lack of accountability from the management.We spent most of our holiday dealing with problems that should never have existed in the first place. Instead of relaxing with our family, our time was wasted waiting for rooms, shifting luggage, following up with staff and dealing with unnecessary stress.For the amount charged, the level of service was unacceptable. We left feeling disappointed, frustrated and convinced that guest experience is not a priority here.Unfortunately, we cannot recommend Karma Chalets based on our experience.

Our stay at Karma Chalets was fantastic, largely due to Ram Adhar. He was with us the entire time, carefully managing every detail and making us feel right at home. His commitment, friendliness, and ongoing care for our comfort made our experience unforgettable. We appreciate Ram Adhar's outstanding hospitality and kindness!
