Sadly, my stay at this hotel did not meet my expectations. The room lacked some essential items like tissues, hand wash, and soap, which I believe should be standard. The breakfast was also underwhelming; tea was provided, but coffee needed to be ordered separately, and the food quality was not satisfactory. A significant issue was the caretaker, Prashant, whose manner of speaking to guests was quite rude and unprofessional. Whenever we inquired or asked for help, his replies were discourteous and made us feel unwelcome, as if we were not paying guests. I urge the owner or management to address these issues, particularly the treatment of guests. Providing basic amenities and polite service can greatly improve the overall experience.

The best part of this stay is its location, offering stunning views of the Sahyadris, Bhaja caves, waterfalls, and impressive Maratha forts. A major attraction is the natural monsoon waterfall right outside the property.

In July, we reserved 7 rooms at Karavanda resort for a family reunion of 17 people and had an amazing experience thanks to the comfortable rooms, tasty food, and attentive service from the whole resort team. Abhijeet Kadu Patil was very patient and professional during the planning and booking, ensuring everything was arranged perfectly. We were given a special area for our gathering with a karaoke system and barbecue setup. The resort staff was very humble and met all our needs. It's a fantastic place to enjoy the rain, beautiful views, and a memorable trip. Highly recommended!
