Room 6** Feedback – Hotel Supreme Heritage * Unfair Policy: Charging ₹50 per plate for simple cutlery seems unreasonable, especially considering the poor upkeep of the room. * TV Issues & Lack of Support: The "smart" TV can't connect to the internet, the cable remote is damaged, and staff never came to address the complaint. * Bathroom Leak: The shower door doesn't close properly, leading to water flooding the bathroom floor. * Safety Concern: The magnifying mirror in the washroom is broken and held together with unsafe temporary fixes, creating a hazard. Please fix basic room facilities and maintenance before adding extra charges for guests. The hotel GM makes sudden policy changes overnight.

There's a conference room on the first floor, which likely gets crowded when in use. In an emergency, attendees in the conference would have only the elevator to leave, which seems like a significant safety risk to me.

Nach ungefähr drei Monaten bin ich erneut hier und erst jetzt wird mir bewusst, wie hochwertig dieses Hotel wirklich ist. Die Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt, die Wäsche wird innerhalb von 24 Stunden gewaschen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Abendessen ist (fast) immer schmackhaft, auch für Europäer. Wer nicht im Restaurant essen möchte, kann ausgehen, da es in unmittelbarer Nähe viele Restaurants gibt. Ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar sind der Aga-Khan-Palast und der Mula-Muta-Fluss, die beide sehenswert sind. Ich komme gerne wieder.
