We stayed for one night, and while there were some positive aspects, our overall experience wasn't great due to cleanliness and maintenance issues.’The Downsides:’Maintenance: The bathroom faucet wasn't working at all, and all the other taps had slow leaks.’Cleanliness: The room clearly wasn't thoroughly cleaned before we checked in. We even found a couple of leftover condoms inside the drawers from the previous guests, which was highly unpleasant.’The Upsides:’Location: Excellent location, very close to the central bus stand.’Food & Service: The complimentary breakfast was awesome! Additionally, the staff was polite and room service was prompt.’If management resolves the plumbing and housekeeping issues, this could be a fantastic place to stay.

I had a terrible experience staying here with my family. The hotel's internal travel desk is running a complete scam. They formally agreed to one tariff for our itinerary, only to later escalate the price and demand higher rates. When I refused to give in to this blatant extortion, they maliciously canceled my booked taxi on the spot, leaving my family completely stranded.To make matters worse, the driver they assigned initially was absolutely terrible and unprofessional. When I brought this to the management's attention, the hotel completely washed their hands of the situation, claiming they bear no responsibility’even though the travel desk operates directly inside their premises under their brand name.A hotel that cannot guarantee the safety, basic honesty, and reliability of its own vendors is not fit for families. Extremely disappointed with the absolute lack of ethics and management accountability. Avoid this place if you value peace of mind.

Very good. Welcome drink. Superior quality room service. Buffet breakfast and lunch or dinner available. All items are good taste. Morning vibe in Buffet breakfast area is very enjoyable. Cool dinner time with family members is memorable. Lift facility available. Under ground BAR available. Running hot water available. Super chilling air conditioning rooms.

I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating stay at Kences Hotel for two day. This property does not deserve its 3-star rating at all.The experience started badly with the receptionist, who was rude and unprofessional. We were not treated properly during check-in, and no one was available to assist with our luggage. This is basic hospitality, and it was completely missing.The room was in terrible condition. It smelled bad the moment we entered. The bathroom was full of cockroaches, which is absolutely unacceptable and unhygienic. Several amenities were not working, including the TV. We had specifically booked a king-size bed but were given a queen-size bed instead without any explanation.Overall, the stay was stressful and not worth the money paid. I feel completely misled by the 3-star rating. I strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tirupati unless they drastically improve their cleanliness, maintenance, and staff behavior.

Had an enjoyable stay in this hotel at Tirupati. Spacious rooms, clean, good service. One good thing is that the time for room service for dining was shortest as compared to many other hotels of this class. Thanks for timely service. Complimentary breakfast was very good with varieties. Adequate parking space available. Reception staff are accomodative. Overall, highly recommended.
