DLR GRAND

We had booked this property for two days in Tirupati. While the location is convenient, the overall experience was disappointing and did not meet our expectations.Breakfast is provided; however, it is sourced from outside restaurants rather than being prepared in-house. We had specifically mentioned that the breakfast was for a toddler, but our instructions were unfortunately overlooked. This lack of attention to special requests was disappointing.Although outside food deliveries from Swiggy and Zomato are permitted, there appears to be no proper security system in place. Delivery personnel are allowed to enter the hotel premises and reach the room corridors directly, which raises safety concerns.Additionally, the corridors had an unpleasant smell, affecting the overall ambiance. The lift is also quite small, accommodating only two to three people at a time, which can be inconvenient.There were only two staff members available ’ one at reception and one service staff ’ resulting in limited and slow service. Overall, the property lacked freshness, attentiveness, and hospitality. Considering the price charged, it did not feel like value for money.We hope the management takes this feedback constructively to improve their service and guest experience in the future.

Preferred hotel while halting/visiting Tirupati. Given the price, it offers lot of advantages.- Decent parking, even though its open parking, it's uncongested.- Room options - Deluxe double has two beds, while standard has one. Depending upon your family size, you have options to pick.- AC, Geyser, Wifi, TV, Kettle, water bottles along with toiletries.- Staff are friendly.- Food options near by - Lift and ramp to move luggage easily.Its bit inside from the main road and actual city.One thing, I didn't like is their wash-basin. Its outside and often spills out given its shape.They started breakfast option. They don't have a full-fledged in-house restaurant facility yet. They do allow swiggy/zomato food delivery.

Rooms are maintained well but little conjusted. This hotel have ample car parking which is advantage. You can find food in walkable distance. We get all items in the room. If you want little Spacious rooms it might be tough. Overall good place for stay for families as well

I went there with my family and stay was a memorable one. Parking for cars is available. Rooms are neat and lean. Staff is well behaved. Must visit
