Disappointing Stay Experience

We had booked this property for two days in Tirupati. While the location is convenient, the overall experience was disappointing and did not meet our expectations.Breakfast is provided; however, it is sourced from outside restaurants rather than being prepared in-house. We had specifically mentioned that the breakfast was for a toddler, but our instructions were unfortunately overlooked. This lack of attention to special requests was disappointing.Although outside food deliveries from Swiggy and Zomato are permitted, there appears to be no proper security system in place. Delivery personnel are allowed to enter the hotel premises and reach the room corridors directly, which raises safety concerns.Additionally, the corridors had an unpleasant smell, affecting the overall ambiance. The lift is also quite small, accommodating only two to three people at a time, which can be inconvenient.There were only two staff members available ’ one at reception and one service staff ’ resulting in limited and slow service. Overall, the property lacked freshness, attentiveness, and hospitality. Considering the price charged, it did not feel like value for money.We hope the management takes this feedback constructively to improve their service and guest experience in the future.
