Good rooms, but terrible service and staff!’I had a mixed experience at Hotel Skylar. The rooms are definitely good, clean, and well-maintained. However, the service and the behavior of the staff were highly disappointing. The staff is non-cooperative and the room service is extremely slow. A good hotel needs hospitality along with good rooms, which is completely lacking here. Not recommended unless they improve their service.

Couple • India • Jun 2026The hotel was good overall, but I was disappointed to be charged ’593 for accidentally spilling some Maggi on the bed sheet. I have never experienced such a charge at any other hotel. The receptionist stated that the sheet was damaged but could not clearly explain how the ’593 charge was calculated. Please look into this matter.
