They usually sell of the room if you do not arrive by checkin time and them blame the Server. Then they pretend to relocate you and come back with excuses depicting failure. and offer reject rooms. I was a victim of the same and since i had no alternate bookings (in middle of night) , I had to accept a room, with Non-working AC, Non-working TV, Dirty Bed and no hot water in the bathroom. Atleast, there was running water, albeit cold, was the best part. I had to move to another hotel by next day. Even the Location Pins on Agoda are completely wrong (imagine reaching middle of nowhere, at late night, guided by location pins on Agoda) Never again!!!!
This is one of the worst rooms I have ever been to. As soon as I entered with my family with small kids, a cockroach crawled out on pillow. Next as soon as we sat on the bed, the bed bugs were all over is and we all started itching. Don't go by other reviews, they may seem fake reviews. This is my genuine review. Avoid it completely.
1 Receptionist is not there in the desk... There is no contact no to connect with the person.2 Called as per Agoda details but no is responding properly one said it is booking office no you have to call operation etc... and at last not able to connect.3 One old customer case and send the receiptionist.4 There is no Water in the room.5 There is no Toiletries, no towels nothing. After 5 times following up I have not received anything... Called to hotel manager, he told that loundry man is not coming.6 There is no Parking in the hotel.7 in triple sharing room we have one small broken sofa which I can observed after seating on it and have a queen size bed.8 Asked for TV get reply no connection is there.9 Agoda should not get ti-up with this type of hotels
