Rooms are good but very poor services.Don't respect customers. Room services staff asking extra money for everything.

Rooms are clean and have all required amenities.Front desk is available 24??7 with good local knowledge. They are ready to help with any requests.Location is spot on -- right opposite the APSRTC bus stand, so easier to find. There are good options for food. There's also a bikes rental shop, a few steps away this place.Overall, a good place.One cautious note: Someone has created a fake contact number and asking money for room reservations. He's a fraud.

Checked in here for 2 days stay. First day was ok. They did not clean the room and made the bed. Washrooms were not cleaned. Towels were not changed. No water bottles placed.When informing reception the reply was that dhobi was on leave and thus no towels. I believe no one checked into this hotel today or else the hotelier may have asked the guests to adjust the day without towels today.Bad experience. Not recommended

To begin with the rooms, it was clean but the pillows and bed were pathetic. Pillows had lost its texture and were a pain to sleep on. Next, the lights were so dim that the moment you enter is the moment you want to exit.The most horrific event is we were just retiring to bed at 9 PM on third floor when we started loud noises and horrible sounds by a group of men who were seen drinking and smoking in the corridor..I seriously don't know how the management kept quiet when there was such an hangama happening on the floor..Any family person would never date to take their family members there with such a crowd.When I inquired I was told by front office that they had been there for 3 days but the management hadn't done anything...So whoever is planning to visit this hotel with your female family members I suggest you to avoid it.

After a divine darshan at Tirumala, my family and I were on a quest to find a place to stay in Tirupati. Our first stop was this hotel, but for some silly reason, I turned it down. However, after exploring other options in the area, we quickly realized this was by far the best choice.The moment we stepped into the reception, we were impressed. The area was elegant, and Neelima at the front desk was an absolute gem. Professional, kind, and courteous, she welcomed us with an open heart, despite my earlier hesitation.The rooms were clean, with 24-hour hot water, and we were provided with free water bottles, soap, and shampoo ’ all neatly arranged. The interiors were excellent, though I’ll admit the mattress could be a little more comfortable.Compared to other hotels around, this one stands out. Highly recommend giving it a try!
