It was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The service was exceptional, the staff were friendly and attentive, and everything was well maintained and comfortable. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great hospitality and excellent service.. food is also good

Pros:1. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, including the bathroom.2. The staff hospitality was very good and welcoming.3. It offers great value for money.4. Connectivity is convenient even though it’s a bit far from the Alipiri Entrance.5. Limited parking but available.Cons:1. The mattress was uncomfortable and made sleeping difficult.2. Towels, bedsheets, and quilts had bobbling and felt slightly rough.3. Expect traffic noise at night.4. The food quality and quantity in their in-house restaurant did not justify the price. Better to avoid both in-room dining and dine-in in their restaurant. A lot of improvement is needed here.Overall, it’s a good budget-friendly stay with excellent service, but improvements in food and bedding comfort would make it much better.

The hotel is located close to the train station and is easily accessible.Rooms are comfortable and decent. The front office desk , especially Shankar was very accommodating to our requests. Travelling with a toddler and two senior citizens can be very stressful and Shankar was very understanding and accommodating towards our requests. Thank you for that!Maybe the room service could be about faster, but this is me nit-picking. Would recommend springs hotel if you want a good, clean and happy budget stay

Stayed here with my family (wife and our 1-year-old child) for a day. The entire staff was humble, polite, and extremely courteous. They kindly provided us with an early check-in at no extra cost, even though we arrived nearly two hours before the scheduled time.The room was very comfortable and well maintained. The hotel has its own restaurant in the adjacent building, and meals can be ordered directly to the room with a simple phone call. There are also other dining options like Starbucks and Orion Restaurant located just opposite the property.Highly recommended for a comfortable family stay!Cost: Booked for approximately ’3,000 via the Agoda app.
