Kovilakom Residency

Have stayed recently during recent visit. Even if they offer 3 star facilities, they charges 5 star prices ’?.They maintain the property well, rooms and amenities are fine. No tea coffee at room, bath soap n shower gel was provided. Requested dental kit and provided.Buffet Breakfast was fine and good. But felt less options for lunch n dinner.Will opt again, as we felt best facilities around the locality.One thing I noticed was the hot water markings were opposite.

Very bad experience and totally misleading. Yesterday I went to Kovilakam Residency with my family for dinner. Security guided me to park, but after parking and coming inside, a staff member said the restaurant was closed. This itself was irritating. Later they said food would take 20 minutes, so we waited. We ordered Chicken Kondattam, but it was very disappointing’no proper masala, no salt, and no taste inside the chicken. We asked for a quarter portion, but they refused and said they serve only full portion. When the bill came, the price was different from what was mentioned in the menu. When I asked this, the staff said the menu was old and not updated. This is clearly misleading customers. Totally disappointing service and food quality for a so-called 3-star hotel. Not recommended at all.

Good evening,I have been going to Kovilakam Bar in Kozhikode for years. All the brands are there. But today I went there to have a beer. I felt sad when the barman said that there is no beer today. But when I asked for a hot drink, there are only 3 brands."I am telling you to know the management of Kovilakam. Kozhikode is a growing district in Kerala. Sir, there are so many business establishments.Today's customers want a lot of options. The city has numerous bars and a wide variety of brands in the market; we were unable to obtain the stock for several reasons. All hoteliers with bars in the Kozhikode district are experiencing a liquor shortage because of recent adjustments or modifications in indent creation and labeling, along with purchases from various neighboring districts. Some of our hotel members have already brought this issue to the attention of ministers and higher officials. We will monitor their actions; regardless, we will do our utmost to improve our service to you moving forward. Room was beautiful and welll cleaned. Resturant services was so nice and ontime. One of a Nice Resturant services i recently came across... great job Kovilakam team Thanks for your great services.

Very hospitable staff . Smiling faces all across the hotel.Good breakfast and prompt service.Hotel location is close to MIMS hospital and a half km walk for Lulu mall
