Here’s a more casual, natural-sounding review:Had a good stay overall. The lake view is absolutely beautiful and definitely the best part of the hotel. The location is perfect and very convenient for visiting nearby places. The staff were really friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The only downside was that the bedsheets and towels weren’t as clean as they should have been. If they improve that, this would easily be a 5-star stay.

Avoid ordering food from their restaurant as they include GST on each item and charge Rs. 30 for a water bottle, which is available at any shop for the MRP of Rs. 20.

Property is located near to mall road, however there isn't any parking space available. You need to park at general parking which is 900m away. Rooms are decent but not so clean. Service is good and staff is active and responsive. You can get beautiful view of lake and mountains of you opt for lake view side rooms. Since, hotel is located on top you need to climb a lot of stairs. Overall a decent stay.

Decent Stay With Drawbacks

The property is situated close to Mall Road, but there is no parking on-site. You have to use the general parking area, which is 900 meters away. The rooms are okay but could be cleaner. The service is good, with attentive and responsive staff. Choosing a lake view room offers lovely views of the lake and mountains. As the hotel is located on a hilltop, expect to climb many stairs. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay.

Disappointing Family Stay

The hotel staff was very disappointing. They welcomed us warmly at check-in, but by check-out, their behavior had completely changed. It was pouring rain, and I was traveling with two young children. I kindly asked for a 1-hour late check-out because of the weather and the kids, but they denied my request without any empathy or willingness to assist. Hospitality means more than just a friendly greeting—it involves caring for guests throughout their stay. Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet that standard. I wouldn't recommend it if you expect basic politeness and good customer service.
