Extremely Disappointing Experience – Not RecommendedFirst of all, the room we booked was extremely small and had a very unpleasant smell. The overall condition of the room was far below acceptable standards.My family had to wait for almost 2 hours on the road while seeking support from both the hotel staff and Agoda, but unfortunately, we received no proper assistance. The Agoda customer care experience was extremely frustrating. My calls were kept on hold for 2–3 hours, yet my issue was still not resolved.After repeated requests, the hotel staff finally provided us with a single room with two beds. However, the condition of that room was also extremely poor and unhygienic. I have attached images for reference.Due to the unacceptable condition of the hotel, I stayed for only one day despite having paid for two days. This experience was extremely stressful for me and my family.This was my last booking with Agoda after such a disappointing experience. I would strongly not recommend this hotel to anyone.
I stayed in this hotel from 15 th to 16 th aug 26.Experience was a mix one.Only good thing is the location, it's in middle of mall road Bad things are rooms are very claustrophobic,Kinley water bottle charges 50 rs per bottle,we mentioned this they say this is hotel policy.Breakfast was mediocre.Outside siting place at terrace was mediocre.Also tv is not working,there was no audio in it.Towel are not fresh.Room phone was not working.Room floors are not clean properly,they simply brush the floor dust under the bed.So the staying experience was not upto the mark as per the price.
