Kylo Resort

A genuinely distinctive and revitalizing stay! The dome-shaped rooms offer a wonderful idea, the cuisine was top-notch, and the team was very supportive during our visit. The calm atmosphere by the Ganga River provided the perfect setting for relaxation. We will surely return!

I recently stayed at Kylo Resort Rishikesh with my family and had a very unsatisfactory experience. The resort is quite a distance from the road, and the parking is far from the main property. While we could tolerate this, the bigger problem was the poor hospitality and unprofessional conduct of the staff. We booked 3 cottages with a package including breakfast, dinner, and high tea, but at checkout, we were charged for food items that seemed unjustified. For instance, we were told omelets were part of breakfast, but if served as half-fried eggs, extra fees applied, which was never mentioned before and felt unfair. The food quality was also disappointing. Additionally, a staff member named Mahesh was very rude and lacked basic politeness, especially towards female guests, which is unacceptable in hospitality. To make things worse, the owner was unreachable and did not respond to calls when we tried to address our issues. Overall, the stay was disappointing due to poor service, questionable billing, unprofessional staff, and unresponsive management. I would not suggest this place for families seeking a comfortable and trouble-free stay in Rishikesh.

This resort is very good and offers a full enjoyment.

Had a wonderful experience and the staff were very nice.
