Where do I even begin?The moment we arrived, we were welcomed not by hospitality, but by a strong foul smell that seemed to have permanently checked into the property. The entire place looked poorly maintained, and bird droppings were everywhere. In fact, if you stand outside for more than 30 minutes, there's a fair chance you'll leave with a complimentary bird-dropping hairstyle!The rooms were extremely small and had such a strong unpleasant odor that we couldn't imagine spending a night there. We didn't even complete the check-in process. After one look and one deep breath, we decided it was best to leave immediately.The most disappointing part is that despite not staying at the property, we are still waiting for our refund. The booking was made through MakeMyTrip, and the issue remains unresolved.I've stayed in budget hotels, luxury hotels, and everything in between, but this was the first time I've felt that leaving was the better accommodation option.I would definitely not recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable or hygienic stay. Unless your dream vacation involves sharing space with birds and their droppings, you may want to consider other options.

The rooms were tiny and smelled so bad that staying a night was unimaginable. We didn’t even finish checking in; after one look and a deep breath, we chose to leave immediately. The worst part is that even though we didn’t stay, we’re still waiting for a refund from MakeMyTrip, and the issue hasn’t been resolved. Nice place with a sea view. The only issue is that it is situated in the middle of a fishing village, and the beach across from the hotel is also not very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful!

Owner is not supportive and has not equipped staff with proper resources. Property is in an isolated place , no proper gates or reception area, anybody can just get in. I was sleeping and two men just opened the room door asking for reception.For the price this is not very good choice.
