Limewood Signature - Golf Course Road

The stay was pleasant.

My time at the hotel was absolutely outstanding — from the elegant atmosphere to the flawless service at Limewood, every aspect showcased the quality of a top-tier 5-star establishment. The team consistently exceeded expectations to guarantee my comfort and ease during the stay. I want to especially acknowledge Chandrashekhar, whose exceptional assistance made my visit even more special. His professionalism, attentiveness, and friendly hospitality were exemplary in customer service. I strongly suggest this hotel to anyone looking for a seamless mix of sophistication, comfort, and tailored service.

Had a wonderful stay; the front desk team was extremely helpful.

The Limewood Signature Hotel has an attractive look and overall appeal, but sadly, the service did not live up to expectations. Many of our requests were not fulfilled promptly, and some of the food service staff spoke to us in a way that felt unprofessional and unpleasant. Another major letdown was the reception staff repeatedly pushing us to leave a review, which is not an appropriate way to request feedback. If the service and experience are truly good, guests will naturally leave reviews without being pressured. There is no need to insist or repeatedly ask for reviews; instead, the focus should be on delivering excellent service and a positive experience. I hope management considers this feedback seriously and works on enhancing service quality and staff conduct.

My wife and I, traveling from Australia, stayed at this hotel for three nights during our transit through Delhi. The rooms were tidy and cozy, and the staff were very attentive. Chandrashekar, who served us in the restaurant, was friendly and engaging, offering excellent recommendations on dishes to try. We would definitely choose to stay here again.
