My stay at Saltstayz Premier in Sector 57, Gurgaon was very disappointing. Although I arrived at 2:45 PM, well past the usual check-in time, my room was not ready, and I had to wait an extra 30 minutes after a long drive from Jaipur. To add to the frustration, there was heavy waterlogging outside the hotel due to rain, and no arrangements were made to help guests avoid walking through the dirty water. The elevator was completely out of order, yet I was given a room on the third floor. After paying for two full nights, the manager casually mentioned they didn’t know when the lift would be fixed—maybe the next day or later. If I had known this beforehand, I would not have stayed. The service was poor as well. The food was too spicy, and when I asked for a cold soft drink, I was given a warm one because they "didn't have cold bottles." Breakfast was below average, housekeeping didn’t clean my room the next day, and it took over an hour to get an iron. Overall, the hotel lacked good management, had slow service, poor guest care, and no transparency. I checked out a day early because the experience was unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel.
