I had an amazing time at Maple Sea Front Cottage! The stunning sea views, tranquil environment, spotless and cozy cottage, along with the friendly hospitality, made our visit very relaxing and unforgettable. Starting the day with breathtaking coastal scenery was the best part of our trip. It's an ideal spot for a calm retreat, and I would highly suggest it and look forward to returning!

If your ideal holiday means stepping directly onto a lively beach from your room, being just a 2-minute walk from the Sea Walk, and having easy access to the St. Mary’s Island ferry, this resort is a perfect fit. That said, it functions as a mid-range property but charges premium seasonal rates, so it's important to weigh this before booking. Cottage & Amenities: Location vs. Age The property features cozy, standalone premium cottages set amidst a thin layer of lush coastal greenery. Sea Front Perk: Waking up to a clear, sweeping view of the Arabian Sea and watching sunsets from your balcony is stunning. The breeze and layout offer a soothing experience. Infrastructure Reality: The property is quite old. Rooms are generally clean with fresh linens, but age is evident in details like somewhat noisy or slow air conditioners, outdated bathroom fittings, and minor maintenance issues such as peeling wall plaster. Heavy monsoon rains can sometimes cause slight dampness due to the older construction. Shared Facilities: Note that for some premium amenities like the main swimming pool or primary reception, you need to cross a local road to reach the sister Paradise Isle facility. Food: Local Coastal Delights Dining is a highlight, with on-site options like Nemo's and the beachside restaurant. Seafood Highlights: Seafood lovers will be pleased. Cons: - Pricey for Quality: During peak times, rates can reach ₹6,000–₹8,000+ per night, which feels steep given the aging interiors and basic amenities compared to modern luxury resorts. - Noisy Beach Environment: Malpe is a popular public beach with jet skis, parasailing, and crowds, so the area outside cottages is lively until evening. Great location. Bad service and bad maintenance. Not worth the money cause they have a monopoly on the sea front. A much better location is their own property called Paradise Lagoon 7 km away.

Excellent location. Poor service and upkeep. Not worth the price since they monopolize the beachfront. Their other property, Paradise Lagoon, 7 km away, offers a far better location.
