Hotel Udupi Inn, Udupi

Terrible experience, no room service and no complimentary items. They provided only two 1/2 liter water bottles for 4 adults, no dental kit, the floor was dirty, and the towels were in poor condition. I have never had such an experience before. Avoid this hotel if you are traveling with family.

This was the worst experience I've ever had. They didn't supply a dental kit or bath kit, and the towels were terrible. The room service was inadequate, and the staff's behavior was completely unacceptable. They mentioned that there would be different treatment for customers who booked online versus offline. In the end, my advice is to avoid this hotel. That's my suggestion.

I am a makeup artist from Udupi and have visited many hotels for work, but today I had a very disappointing experience. This morning, when I called the hotel, the staff member refused to give me the address directly and kept asking for my name before sharing basic details. Her tone made me uncomfortable, as if I was being suspected, which was upsetting. The receptionist was very rude in her behavior and tone, showing a lack of professionalism and courtesy. She acted with an unnecessary attitude, almost like she owned the hotel, even claiming to be the manager. To make things worse, she later called me back saying she would file a complaint against me, which was totally unexpected and unprofessional. Overall, the service was very poor, making this one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves how their staff treat customers.

The receptionists are extremely rude. They speak disrespectfully to customers and insult them. They clearly do not know how to treat customers properly. Very disappointing receptionists, two ladies who are very harsh and rude.

Located just next to Udupi bus stand, making it convenient to find rickshaws, buses, and taxis. The rooms are clean and offer warm water all day. You receive value corresponding to the price paid.
