Hotel Central Park

The room is very unclean. A bad smell comes from the bed and pillows, and the bathroom drain is always blocked.

Since 2018, I have been a frequent visitor to Central Park Hotel. Sadly, the quality has dropped a lot in the last year. The rooms are often unclean and smell bad. The shower drain often clogs, the air conditioning doesn't cool well, and essential items like a mini fridge are absent. Also, they now provide a single-use multi-purpose soap instead of individual toiletries. The general upkeep is very poor. This hotel used to be my top choice, but with how things are now, I don't feel at ease staying here anymore.

First time in 50 years, that I have come across a HOTEL that is without a KITCHEN !!! Need we say more?

Its a horrible experience that the hotel don’t have any intercom(telephone facility) no restaurant, no breakfast. Check inn time not at all flexible . Lobby is closed one without any AC and Fan. Overall this better to be shutdown.

I enjoyed a comfortable stay here with tidy rooms, fresh linens, and very polite and friendly staff. The service quality was good, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. Highlights included a clean and cozy bed, ready-to-use sachets with a kettle, and well-kept cupboards and drawers. The bathroom was spotless, and the view from the bed was a nice addition to the room. The tech features were well planned, with plenty of charging ports, a working TV, and air conditioning. On the downside, toiletries and water bottles aren't provided automatically and must be requested, which can be inconvenient. Although the bathroom was clean, there was a slight unpleasant odor, and a room freshener would be beneficial. The price is reasonable at ₹2300 per night for two guests (subject to change) and an extra ₹500 per night for an additional person. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would consider staying here again.
