no beating around the bush. the staff are well trained and humble. The kitchen has limited menu items and they are tasty and made as per our need. We liked the food. they are freshly made. the complimentary breakfast is with local cuisine and we liked. the resort is just on the backwaters. the location is amazing.
The place is right next to the river and the view is wonderful. The staff are very friendly and food they provided is pretty good. Dont miss out the dinner at this place.Also, we got bumped to preimum when the room we booked was smelling.Everything is good, except a riverside smell which is not much but noticable in the rooms. Then again, nothing to worry about.
I will defnetly suggest this place From Reception to Main gate security every one is very good in all matters
