Chithara Residency

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. It offered good value for money, with clean and well-maintained rooms and common areas. The environment was family-friendly, and the facilities were suitable for children, making it a comfortable choice for families. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, child-friendly hotel at a reasonable price.

This hotel is one of the best hotels i have stayed in so far. The room we booked was an EXECUTIVE DELUXE ROOM .The service given by Manoj in front desk was fabulous and didnt hesitate to help us check-in at 3:00 A.M. the front office, hallways and rooms were uniquely made to look luxurious with its rich golden colour. Our room was made better more than we expected to look, it had a large space, king sized bed made with natural linen, had a laundry bag and charges applied if needed to wash our laundry depending on the clothes. The washroom was extraordinary as it had a two mirrors, i.e, one normal and other shaving mirror , it consisted of a hair dryer and a plug in point for trimmers. Only problem was that in the shower section the water flooded because the floor trap had something blocking inside of it but the flooded water would go through the second floor trap below the sink. The stay was comfy and the A/C control was controlled digitally as in the photo and also the D.N.D and CLEAN option was the same.

Great stay in this property. We were skeptikal while booking the accommodation as it looked congested, but once we stepped in this hotel we knew we made a right decision.Very clean, hygienic, helpful and courteous staff. We are very happy with the stay. We would recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning for udupi visit and are looking for stays near Krishna Mutt.

Great place to stay. Very hospitable! Polite and Courteus staff. Good food. Our stay was very refreshing. Thank you. Will definitely recommend

Newly built hotel, located near service bus stand, great location for transport as well as restaurants nearby. There is a veg restaurant attached to this hotel. Food is good. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Good for family as well as solo travelers.
