Unhappy, the person on the reception was very rude and tried to charge extra 500, wouldn’t accept online payment. Had to quarrel with him to reduce to the online price and pay online. HE WAS THE GUY WHO DOES NIGHT SHIFTS. The person in the mornings was nice and polite, The food was okay, butlers were nice and polite. Altogether a single person made us regret choosing this hotel.. hope they rectify.

Serious Food Safety Issue ’ Glass Pieces Found in FoodI ordered food from Sharadha International Hotel, Udupi through Zomato today and found glass pieces mixed in the food. This is extremely dangerous and could have caused serious injury.This is not a taste or service complaint’it is a critical health and safety concern. Such negligence puts customers at real risk.I hope the restaurant management takes this matter seriously, conducts an internal investigation, and improves food preparation and quality checks immediately. Food safety should never be compromised.Posting this review purely to alert other customers and authorities.

Disappointing Family Experience

Rooms were good. Room service was also good. Restaurant service is pathetic. Staff is rude, no one to take the order after sitting idle for 20 mins, took almost half hour to bring the food but it was cold. All of my family members got food poison after having dinner there. Complained to the front desk but not sure if there was any action taken. Not recommended at all if having with elderly or kids.
