This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.From the moment I entered the property, there was a strong foul smell throughout the hotel, including the lifts, corridors, and the room itself. The room was unhygienic and uncomfortable, and I did not feel safe or comfortable staying there.The condition of the hotel was completely misrepresented online. Due to how bad the environment was, I left immediately and did not even feel comfortable staying long enough to take photographs.When I raised this issue with the hotel, the management refused any refund and showed no willingness to resolve the issue.I strongly advise travellers to avoid this property. Basic hygiene and customer service standards are not met.

Not a hygienic hotel. Has bed bugs in ther beds. Seepage smell ik their rooms. Average food with restuarant prices. They dont have a proper restaurant, no proper breakfast spread. Charges are similar to any lemon tree rooms.I would suggest slip this hotel for stay when you tracel to Vijaywada.
