The staff are not professional. After 11/11.30 PM no staff is available. In early morning also the same. So if you have early morning flight/train you will be in problem. The mug of bathroom was oily. There price of food is very high.
The rooms are so clumsy with damp walls …
No one received call in morning even several times tried, hot water not available however gijar inpalce due to took bath with Cold water.

Front staff is rude while the rest are very sweet

The front staff made me walk to the nearest ATM for cash at 1.00 AM as he wanted the entire amount then itself, despite me giving 1 day's money in advance in cash as my UPI wasn't working and that's all the cash I had. They didn't have the card machine and made me walk in the middle of the night to ATM despite having booked their suite and couldn't pay online as there was no option and having assured them of paying the rest of the amount in the morning. All the other staff cooperated nicely.
