’’’’’I recently stayed at MPT Hotel Bharhut, Satna, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing.The restaurant did not meet basic expectations. The plates were not properly clean, which raised hygiene concerns, and the food quality was below average. The rooms also felt dull and lacked the upkeep one would expect. Frequent power cuts during the stay made the experience even more uncomfortable.What makes this more disappointing is that the property itself has tremendous potential. It is a large campus and, considering its proximity to the historic Bharhut region, it could offer a beautiful and aesthetically appealing heritage-style experience. The architecture and layout have the potential to create a charming antique ambiance that reflects the area’s rich history.However, the property does not appear to be maintained adequately. With better upkeep, cleanliness, landscaping, room maintenance, and improved service standards, this hotel could become a truly memorable destination.I hope the management invests in maintaining the property and improving guest services, as the place has far more potential than what is currently being delivered.
