My stay at New Carnival Hotel in Kodaikanal was fantastic. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to assist, which made my visit very pleasant. The owner was also approachable, humble, and genuine, making us feel truly at home. The food was tasty and offered a nice variety of choices. The best part of my stay was the stunning view from the balcony—it was so beautiful that I could have spent hours just relaxing there and enjoying the tranquility. Overall, I had a positive experience. Although there are a few minor improvements that could be made, I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable stay with incredible views in Kodaikanal.

I had a wonderful two-day stay at New Carnival Hotel in Naidupuram, Kodaikanal. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and well looked after. The hotel is conveniently situated with easy access and plenty of parking. The property is well-maintained, showing the care and attention of Mr. Murali Dass. Mr. Murali deserves special recognition for his kindness, humility, and sincere hospitality that truly distinguishes this hotel. He is soft-spoken, attentive, and personally ensures every guest is comfortable, especially with the dining experience. His passion for hospitality shines through every detail. The food is excellent—fresh, homely, and full of authentic flavors, served in a cozy 40-seat restaurant with a very polite and attentive staff, making each meal enjoyable. The rooms, spread over three floors, are spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. The views from the rooms are stunning. Notably, there are three beautifully decorated rooms for newlyweds, providing a romantic and tranquil setting. The top-floor rooms offer breathtaking views of the hills on one side and majestic eucalyptus trees on the other, creating a peaceful and refreshing environment. The ever-changing mountain weather adds a magical element, making every moment special and memorable. During my stay, I met several other guests who shared similarly positive experiences regarding the hospitality, comfort, and service. If you want to enjoy Kodaikanal's natural beauty along with warm hospitality, delicious home-style meals, and a peaceful stay, I highly recommend New Carnival Hotel. My sincere thanks to Mr. Murali and the entire team for making my visit so comfortable and memorable. I look forward to returning.
