Its a very beautiful property with clean rooms which are maintained very well .. offer pool and has a restaurant , walkable distance from the beach ... a good option to stay if ur looking for stay near north cliff..

Our recent stay at Nikhil Residence was unfortunately far from the relaxing getaway I had anticipated. While there were a few minor positives, the overall management and service levels were significantly lacking.The ExperienceCheck-in & Room Quality: We were disappointed right from the start as our rooms were allocated late. Once we got in, the AC was not functioning. To their credit, they did eventually get it repaired, but it was an unnecessary hassle. The rooms themselves were average at best’nothing special and felt quite basic for the price.The Pool: On a positive note, the swimming pool is neatly maintained and was the highlight of the property.The Breakfast Ordeal: This was the most frustrating part of the stay. Nikhil Residence does not serve food on-site; instead, guests are directed to a nearby sister property.The dining area was heavily crowded.There was no staff available to assist or manage the seating.After waiting for over 30 minutes without any service or food being served, we eventually gave up and had to pay for breakfast at an outside restaurant.
