I had a very disappointing experience at Treebo Hotel. I was given Room 305, where the AC was leaking water continuously. Even after informing the staff, they only did a temporary fix and left. Within a short time, the issue started again.When I requested a room change, I was asked to wait, and instead of prioritizing customer comfort, they sent a service team to repair the AC. This clearly shows poor customer service and lack of concern for guest convenience.Later, we were moved to Room 301. Initially, it seemed fine, but when we went to sleep, the bed turned out to be broken and extremely uncomfortable. Out of frustration, we didn’t even bother calling room service again because it felt pointless.When we checked the bed, it was just a large plywood board placed to look like a proper cot. It felt unsafe, cheap, and completely unacceptable.Overall, the experience was awful. No comfort, no proper maintenance, and no respect for customer needs. I strongly do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone’?

Very disappointing and frustrating experience with this hotel. Before booking, we clearly informed them that we required a ground floor room for medical reasons, and they confirmed availability. Even after booking, we followed up two more times just to reconfirm, and every time they assured us it would be arranged.However, on the day of check-in, they suddenly informed us that no ground floor room was available. In the end, 3 people had to adjust in a single ground floor room, which was extremely uncomfortable and highly unprofessional from the hotel’s side.What makes this worse is that we had already stayed at this hotel for almost 2 weeks earlier and paid nearly ’30,000, yet there was absolutely no consideration for customer commitment or basic honesty in communication.The hygiene and service were also very poor. During our stay, we even noticed snake-like bacterial worms/insects inside the toilet closet, which was shocking and unacceptable. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, so unpleasant smells remained trapped inside.Basic hospitality was missing throughout the stay. Even though we were 3 people, they provided only 1 water bottle, and we had to repeatedly ask every single day for additional bottles. Room cleaning was not done proactively either ’ we always had to remind them for cleaning, towel changes, water bottles, and other essentials. Nothing was managed properly unless we specifically requested it.Overall, the management was careless, unprofessional, and unreliable. Would definitely not recommend this place to anyone expecting cleanliness, proper service, or honest communication.

The hotel looks appealing from the outside, but the rooms weren't as impressive as we'd expected’much like the Google photos. Early check-in isn't available without an extra fee, though it's permitted from 10 AM onward; when I arrived, they let me in anyway, despite this not being mentioned online. There's no lift, so you'll need to reach your room by stairs.
