The hotel looks appealing from the outside, but the rooms weren't as impressive as we'd expected’much like the Google photos. Early check-in isn't available without an extra fee, though it's permitted from 10 AM onward; when I arrived, they let me in anyway, despite this not being mentioned online. There's no lift, so you'll need to reach your room by stairs.

I had a stay in this hotel and git welcome by lizard in the room(can see in the picture). My wife couldn’t sleep well all over the night. Bathroom had mold all over the corners including bucket-mug. We reached hotel by 8.30 pm and have to visit padmanabh swami temple early in the morning. Breakfast time was 8-10, we couldn’t reach back to hotel within the time, they didnt hold the breakfast buffet for 15 mints and gave us stupid reason that ’we called you in the room but there was no response. ’ they didn’t even had a sense to call on mobile number and check with the guest. Pathetic customer service and poor room conditions spoil last day of our tour. In the last, while checked out, receptionist hold us for payment discrepancy however, we booked the tour through agent and had done full payment in advance. Instead of checking with agent manager hold the guest for almost 30-40 mints.

We booked 6 rooms... We went with family group.... Location and parking facility was good... In room they are giving extra bed if we stay 3 adult's.... Room was good according to price... Food was very very average need to improve... No lift Facility... Older people will face difficulty.... Not good for aged peoples.... Overall 2.5/5...

Treebo Itsy Hotels ’ AdrakWe booked this hotel after seeing good photos on Google. The price was ’2000 per day, which felt affordable. But after check-in,they told there is no lift, and given us a third-floor room. This was not informed earlier and was very disappointing.The room was not as clean as shown in photos, including the bathroom. The AC was very noisy and did not cool properly. Food from their restaurant was overpriced.The front desk staff, especially male staff, were rude and unprofessional.Overall, we did not like our stay.Choose this hotel only if no other option is available.

I’m a travel agent and owner of Shree Momai Tours Consultancy. Recently, our guests stayed at Itsy Hotels Adrak, and the overall experience was good. Rooms were clean and comfortable, staff was cooperative, and the Restaurant offered good quality food. The location near Medical College is also convenient for travellers.However, one concern is that the hotel doesn’t have a lift, which can be slightly inconvenient for senior guests.
