Solo Traveller • India • May 2026The room are bit small. Clean and well maintained. Floor is sticky. The lock system is a huge red flag. They are run on regular batteries and if they run out a person outside can access the room. There was a huge altercation between two groups late night due to this very reason. Lost sleep as a result of all the loud noises angrily shouting at each other. Few of the amenities like hair dryer,water bottle, dental kit were missing. Had to ask them to provide them. For the water bottle I had to ask thrice which is very frustratingThe shower stopped working during our stay. They fixed it while we left left for sightseeing.No baby cot was available and we had to buy a blanket. The site listed baby cot as one of the amenities provided. Overall it was a frustrating experience.
I wouldn’t recommend this hotel based on my experience.The most disappointing part was the front desk handling. When I mentioned that I had extended my stay via Agoda, the day-shift staff at the reception was dismissive and said they don’t accept Agoda bookings, instead of checking the system. This was surprising, especially since I had already checked in the previous day through the same platform. As a guest, I expect the staff to verify before denying, not argue upfront.The rest didn’t help either. The linen didn’t feel fresh, the room had a lingering smell, the toilet was just about passable, and even the entrance area wasn’t the most welcoming.Overall, not a good experience. I wouldn’t stay here again.
