We had a great time here. Wonderful location with great views, the staff are super friendly and helpful, and the resort has everything inside. Unlike other resorts, they listen to their guests rather than just trying to get them to spend more. The restaurant is excellent for Indian food, although it can get monotonous after a couple of days. Spa was excellent. Room service was good but a few requests were missed. Although we didn't take kids, it looks like it's kid friendly. Overall, very positive experience and will definitely visit again.

General: We were a family of 12 spread across 4 different rooms. As the rest of the reviews goes, the rooms are very spacious and well spaced out. The view from the pool side restaurant is amazing- we enjoyed some nice cocktails out there.Rooms: The beds are uber comfortable, hot water was constant, air-conditioning and fan was seamless. However, most of the items were missing upon check-in and when request was sent it, it did take a really long while for them to arrive; 45 mins in one instance. No mosquito troubles for us.Breakfast: Was rather average, nothing out of the ordinary but was delicious and service was prompt. Mosquitos might be an issue at the restaurant.Issues': We did request for a heavy duty luggage weighing scale the day before check-out and we were assured that it would be ready at our time of check-out. However, on the day of check-out, it took them nearly 1 hour to bring one out. They brought out a human weighing scale.It baffles me how a seemingly 5 star property can misunderstand this request and how a human weighing scale can measure luggages?At time of checkout, we had to wait for almost an hour over for our luggages to be brought out. There was probably a manpower shortage but better planning needs to be sought out by management to circumvent this.Overall, we enjoyed the stay and will be back again but really hope to see some improvements.

Amazing location we stayed so far at Kovalam. Rooms are very spacious. But housekeeping can be improved. Many items were missing on check-in. But once we reported, they provided those. Initially service was a bit slow may be because of full occupancy since this is a season. Later they improved on the service.Location scored full marks as it is very calm and more green. Best place to relax . Not a place for kids as activities for them are very very less. If you want to go for yoga , meditation and wellness spa this is the place. The yoga master Mr Unni was very pleasant and accommodating. The sound healing session was a refreshing one. Morning sunrise yoga sessions were too good and the location for that is right next to the sea with the calming wave sound.There were different activity sessions like pottery.Morning breakfast spread was average. Not upto the mark. Restaurant staff were courteous and helpful though. They can improve on the menu considering the charges. In room dining for dinner was nice and tasty. They accommodated our requests for items which were not in menu and the restaurant in charge Mr Swamy was really helpful.Spa experience was great too. The masseuse who did for me was Ms Sindhu and Dr Lekshmy advised on which therapy to go for based on need. Overall great experienceBe prepared with mosquito repellants. From resort they provide fuming and they also provide mosquito repellant plug in options if asked. Rooms come with mosquito nets also.

The rooms were spotless, the staff were attentive, and the breakfast buffet had plenty of options. The location is ideal ’ walking distance to the city center but quiet at night. I’d definitely recommend it for both business and leisure travelers.This was my second time staying at Resort, and it felt like coming home. The staff remembered me from my previous visit, and the view from my balcony was breathtaking. The pool area is spotless, and the cocktails are excellent. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!The location of City Inn is perfect ’ right next to the metro and several restaurants. The room was comfortable, though a bit small. Wi-Fi was strong, and check-in was smooth. Overall, good value for money, especially if you’re traveling for work.Short & Social-Media FriendlyLoved my stay at The Palm Suites! Amazing place to be. The views and landscapes are spectacular. It would be a much visit if the service was better. The staff present were very friendly and ready to assist but they are inadequate for the number of guest they have.
