Couple • India • May 2026We visited on 25/12/2025, and this is by far the worst place I have ever stayed. The building is extremely old, damaged, and badly maintained. The photos shown on Google are completely misleading ’ the real condition is totally different and disappointing.Service was terrible from the moment we arrived. No proper food facility, no support, and no responsibility from the staff. We paid extra for an additional bed, but they said it was unavailable and then dumped a torn, useless bed that should have been thrown away long ago. The blanket was filthy and even had cockroaches ’ this is unacceptable and unsafe.The reception manager was careless, unprofessional, and had no idea how to handle guests. No courtesy, no accountability, no proper response.This place is a total waste of money. Do not book here unless you want stress, poor hygiene, and zero service. One of the most frustrating and regretful stays ever.
