Amenities are available only after you ask for it. E.g Internet, Bath towels etc. Washrooms smelled bad and old worn out fittings. Poor view from window. Greasy window panes and glass. Dust and trash under bed.Breakfast is not at all good. Very limited choices. Few south Indian items like idli and wada. Some white bread and boiled egg. that's all.

Our stay was amazing here.. everyone from the beginning was very courteous. We reached early for checkin and receptionist helped us with luggage storage as well as using washroom to get freshen up while the room was being made available. Location is also great, easy to get public transport, cabs or auto. You can rent scooters from nearby shops.

My verdict: Slight scope for improvement, but comfort, food, and staff make it worth a second stay. Would choose it again based on my preferences ’?

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The biggest advantage is the location’it’s right in the city center, so everything is easily accessible, including shops, restaurants, and transport.The staff truly make the experience special. The guards, receptionists, and room service team are extremely polite, helpful, and professional. Room service is quick and efficient, which made the stay very comfortable.The only thing to keep in mind is that since this is a city-center property, you should expect some crowd and noise. If you’re looking for a very peaceful, quiet area, Rushikonda side would be a better choice.Overall, if convenience, accessibility, and excellent service matter to you, this hotel is a great option.

It was a classic example of don't judge a book by it's cover. It looked like a very small hotel when viewed from the road, with ground floors occupied with Mobile Phone showrooms. I thought it would be an average hotel. But, when I saw the room... It was so spacious and well maintained it made my day. Breakfast spread can be a bit better as I felt there were very limited options on that. A buffet dinner could be a nice addition if you can add it to the room package or in payment basis.
