Stay was good, view from room was nice. Room service was good too. Very well kept.

The OhBiz hotel and LICEC rooms were infested with cockroaches. I found 7 in my bathroom alone. The staff arranged a private taxi that cost 400% more than Uber, and the driver was unprofessional. He didn't follow Google Maps, didn't know the routes, and ran out of fuel. The hotel didn't inform him about our luggage despite us telling them at booking. Overall, the management is poor and very minimalistic. The staff lacks training and equipment. Neither my room nor my friends' room phones worked, so we couldn't contact reception. Avoid this place completely. It ruined our vacation.

Worst place to go. Not 5 star at all. Food is tasteless. Rooms not well maintained. Prices are way too high for this stay and this kind of food.

If you ask for a water test report, they don't have it. They don't even maintain any record of it. In the pool, there are all kids, adults, young men, and women around. Here, you will see parents undressing kids in the open, and authorities don't bother to intervene. Focus is to sell their branded swim dress, and decent families are seen targeted by their staff. Many families are seen entering pool without proper swimming attire, and authorities are selective in policing families.Food pricing is very expensive, and taste is average, Chinese is what one needs to avoid. Continental food is just for name sake. The taste is horrible. Desserts are not fresh at all - croissants, muffins, Brownie, etc.
