Commode seat was broken. In a suit room bed side table was broken. Only one cup for tea was provided which was yaky and dusty. No hand towel was provided. Clearance was narrow besides the bed. Not repeatable stay.
The cleanliness of the hotel was extremely poor, and there was a bad, unpleasant smell throughout the room. The bathroom had leakage issues, which made the stay even more uncomfortable.To make matters worse, there was loud TV noise in the middle of the night, and drunk guests in the nearby room were creating a disturbance. Despite these issues, the staff’s attitude was not helpful which made the situation even more frustrating.Overall, this was a terrible experience and definitely not what I expected from a hotel stay. Don't go by the reviews, they are misleading. The cleanliness, maintenance, noise levels, and staff behaviour all need serious improvement. I would not recommend this hotel and certainly would not stay here again ever.
