We recently stayed here and sadly had a very negative experience. The only aspect that truly stood out was the stunning view, which was absolutely gorgeous and probably the best part of our visit. However, the room, cleanliness, upkeep, and food were all very unsatisfactory. The property seemed poorly maintained and unclean, and to make things worse, our room actually had a rat! We initially couldn't believe it. We had left a box of Moodys truffles in the room while we went sightseeing, and when we returned after just 4–5 hours, we found that about 10–12 chocolates were missing. We later found out that the rat had somehow taken the chocolates and hidden them under the sofa, along with a packet of wet tissues we had left there. Quite a clever rat, I must say! 😅 And just to be clear, we actually saw the rat ourselves, so this wasn't just an assumption. Regarding the complimentary breakfast, there really are no words to express how disappointing it was. Given the price charged for the stay, we expected a much higher quality of food. If the breakfast is going to be of this quality and quantity, it would honestly be better not to offer a complimentary breakfast at all—we would have preferred to eat elsewhere. Overall, despite the beautiful view, the poor maintenance, cleanliness problems, presence of a rat in the room, and disappointing food made this a very unpleasant and unsatisfactory stay.
