Ostro Inn Newtown

All the people here behave very well, and the Madam is very kind, ensuring we don't encounter any issues. It's a very comfortable and peaceful place. Even though there are many of us, we didn't experience any problems.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic. The rooms were tidy, roomy, and very cozy. The staff were kind, professional, and consistently willing to assist with a smile. We really valued the careful attention and friendly service. The hotel's location was handy, providing easy access to local sights and dining options. We will surely pick this hotel again for our next trip.

A very comfortable spot. It's clean and well-kept with attention to detail. However, the lounge could use some improvement, as the sofas require refurbishment. The super host, Arun Malik, offers a warm and welcoming demeanor; Arghya Chakraborty, the manager, shares these traits—very friendly, attentive to guests, and makes you feel at home quickly. The staff, Sagar and Hassan, are pleasant but would benefit from additional training in hospitality and housekeeping. Overall, it was a very pleasant and peaceful stay.

Visited in July 2026: The location is conveniently connected, near the main road and bus stop, making it easy to reach. The room was roomy, the bathroom was clean, and amenities like Wifi, AC, TV, and Geyser worked well. The hotel service, especially from Arghya da and his team, was friendly and always willing to help ensure a smooth experience for guests. We used the room for a birthday party, and the staff fully cooperated with the decoration vendor and helped coordinate between us and the delivery people, which was much appreciated.
