The staff provided the worst experience, but the owner managed to resolve the confusion. If you book through any third-party apps, please confirm before visiting the place.

Avoid booking this hotel; the rooms are very unattractive and have a suspicious bad odor. We reserved an AC room but were not provided with a remote despite multiple requests. They also did not allow us to take the room keys when we went out to explore the city. We left our valuable luggage in the room without keys. There was no housekeeping service available. We booked for 2 days and asked for the room and washroom to be cleaned, but the washroom resembled a public sulabh toilet.

The online pictures are misleading. The property is poorly maintained. There is no cleanliness; the lights in the room and bathroom are broken, the AC is not functioning, there is no water from the bathroom taps, the wifi is unreliable, and the linens are stained with oil. Cockroaches and lizards are visible in the room, and mosquitoes are everywhere. All the dirt is shoved under the bed, including cigarette butts, paan and supari packets, and other trash that smells bad.

Service and room cleanliness were very poor. The door lock was broken. The light connections and switches didn't work. There were no towels or handwash in the room. After calling ten times, someone finally came for service. The toilet jet and flush were broken. All the rooms were in the same condition. After complaining, he just said please adjust. He claimed it was a 4-star hotel, which is why I chose it. He cut off the water supply without informing us and was trying to control costs drastically. Overall, the experience was terrible.
