**☆☆☆☆ (1/5)**This was, without a doubt, one of the worst hotel experiences I've had.I booked this property based on its excellent Agoda reviews, expecting a comfortable and hygienic stay. Unfortunately, the actual experience was completely different.There was **no hot water**, and the **bedsheets were dirty and appeared not to have been changed** before our arrival. These are the most basic standards any guest should expect, yet they were not met.When we raised these concerns with the hotel staff, instead of receiving a prompt resolution or a sincere apology, the situation escalated into an argument. Rather than addressing the problems professionally, the staff's response left us feeling frustrated and unwelcome.I feel completely misled by the positive reviews that influenced my decision to book this hotel. My experience was nowhere close to what was advertised.I am writing this review so that other travelers don't make the same mistake I did. Please don't rely solely on the overall rating—read recent reviews carefully and consider alternative accommodations before making your booking.I also hope Agoda reviews this property's quality and ensures that the ratings accurately reflect the actual guest experience.
