The hotel's location is easily accessible and has all taxi service availability. The staff of hotel is very friendly and takes care of every requirements. The room was near and tidy. Also there is a restaurant downstairs from which you can order food. The food is okay.

Confusing Breakfast Policy

Agoda mentioned that breakfast is included in room charges which we have paid but hotel staff denied to give us free hence we have paid them. When we have enquired with Agoda via online chat Agoda team told us that it’s depend on hotel to hotel. If this is a case then why Agoda mentioned that breakfast is included
