Hotel is good and staff is very friendly and everyone can communicate in English nicely.Bathrooms are very slipper, we just missed with a major accident in bathroom ended up with minor one ( thank good for this ) we were in room number 203 .Ac in room not effective ..Food we ordered to room is average 5/10.Breakfast is not worthy . Idly sambar and chutney are very tasteless . Not worthy at all.Balcony view is breath taking , awesome view .

The hotel is nice and the staff are very friendly, with everyone able to communicate well in English. The bathrooms are quite slippery; we narrowly avoided a serious accident in the bathroom, ending up with only a minor one (thankfully). We stayed in room 203. The air conditioning in the room was not very effective. The food we ordered to the room was average, about 5 out of 10. The breakfast was disappointing; the idly, sambar, and chutney lacked flavor and were not worth it. However, the balcony view is stunning and truly breathtaking.

The location of the hotel is AWESOME ’? the food provided by the hotel is 6/10. Would prefer eating elsewhere. Staffs are friendly but they need to know more about the location. I had asked for a suggestion to buy spices and was suggested a place which was not very good. Would visit again but with only breakfast not lunch/dinner.Overall I would rate this hotel 8/10.

The hotel's location is FANTASTIC 🤩, but the food they serve is about 6/10. I'd rather eat somewhere else. The staff are friendly, though they could be better informed about the area. When I asked for a spice shop recommendation, I was directed to a place that wasn't great. I'd come back, but only for breakfast, not lunch or dinner. Overall, I'd give this hotel an 8/10.
