PL.A Krishna Inn

The service was very poor. Checking in took more than 45 minutes despite full payment. They do not accept international bank cards. Although two people stayed in the room, only one breakfast coupon was given. The laundry returned damp. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel since there are better options nearby for the same or a bit higher price.

During our family trip in the last week of August 2026, we stayed at PL A Krishna Inn and had a very disappointing experience. The room was spacious but the hotel clearly needed major repairs and upkeep. The curtains were dirty and ripped in many spots. The bathroom shower was clogged, and the bathroom door lacked a proper latch. The worst part was the restaurant where the air conditioning was broken, making dining uncomfortable. Initially, staff claimed the AC was fine, but a waiter later admitted it was faulty. We ordered chicken soup, which was basically hot water with soy sauce flavor and just two tiny chicken pieces about 1 cm in size. When we asked to see the manager, we were told he was at home. We also had a South Indian chicken dish with tandoori rotis, but the chicken had only four small pieces about an inch long, mostly bones with little meat, and the rotis were undercooked. Overall, it felt like a total waste of money and a very poor experience. Given the bad maintenance, hygiene, and food quality, I urge management to make urgent improvements and advise future guests to be cautious.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The food is terrible, comparable to garbage. The soup is thin and heavily diluted. They claim to serve fresh food but actually offer spoiled frozen items. The rooms are below average, with a broken air conditioner that can easily cause a cold. The service is extremely unpleasant. I was so upset and disgusted that I almost forgot to mention I nearly got food poisoning. I wish there was a way to give a negative or zero-star rating on Google Maps. The staff show no respect to guests, being rude and slow with food service. I strongly advise against using the restroom here. The bedding is as hard as a rock, making you wish to sleep outside instead. If you're visiting Tiruchi, avoid this hotel or prepare for a terrible experience. The room service was mediocre, and the room itself is spacious, but when you open the curtains, you'll see they are torn and in awful condition. The view is unpleasant, showing a drain that smells bad even with the windows shut. If you plan to stay here, be warned—this place is a nightmare.
