Very disappointing experience. The hotel room was not clean at all. The blanket, bedsheet, and pillow covers appeared to be unchanged. The toilet and bathroom were extremely dirty, which caused a very bad smell throughout the room.We specifically requested the staff to change the bedsheet and blanket, but the staff clearly refused and said they would not change them. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel.The staff did not properly clean the room, and to make matters worse, there was even used underwear left inside my room. This raises serious concerns about the hotel’s cleanliness and hygiene standards.There was also a serious noise disturbance from the neighbouring room. A couple was arguing, and the girl was crying and shouting. The noise was clearly audible in our room and made our stay very uncomfortable.The staff was also very rude and lacked basic manners when speaking to guests. Overall, the cleanliness, hygiene, noise disturbance, and staff behaviour were far below acceptable standards.I request the hotel management to take this complaint seriously, investigate these issues, and take immediate action to improve room cleanliness, hygiene, noise control, and staff behaviour. Guests deserve a clean, peaceful, and respectful environment during their stay.I would not recommend staying here unless the management addresses these issues properly.
