I have no other comments on the facility except to comment on the rude behavior of the staff. I came to drop my wife for a retreat which was conducted in the hotel. I decided to remain with her for about 3 hours till it was time to leave and catch my flight. The staff first insisted on my ID. When I told them I am not planning to stay, they first relented. Then I called to complain about the TV not working, they insisted that they needed my ID. I gave them my ID. After 1 hour I called again to check on the TV repair. The reception staff, instead of replying on the TV repair wanted to know when I was leaving. I went up to the reception to get clarity on what the TV repair has to do with my leaving. Then they come up with a rule, that visitors are not allowed to meet the guests in the rooms. I decided that if they had a rule, it's better to follow it. But they still would not reply me on why the TV was not working and when they would repair it. I am 65 years old, retired, and this is my first instance where I have visited a hotel and the staff are so insolent, especially when it is meant to be a wellness resort. I thought I should share my experience so that future guests will know what to expect and the hotel management can take some corrective action teaching staff how to communicate properly

Wonderful place to enjoy quality time with family. We booked the complete package, including food. They served buffet lunch and dinner, and the taste was amazing. The rooms were clean and tidy, and hot water was available throughout the day. The swimming pool was clean and well maintained.Apart from water sports, they also offer many indoor games like billiards, carrom, air hockey, a basketball hoop, chess, and table tennis’all easily accessible. There are also some paid activities such as ATV rides and shooting. Overall, it was a very good experience.

We visited this place as part of a company outing. The surroundings were very quiet and peaceful, with nature all around, which was a refreshing experience. The property is quite spacious, and walking around the area was enjoyable. There are several playgrounds for children and cricket grounds, making it a good place for families and large groups with kids. However, there were limited entertaining activities, and both indoor and outdoor activity areas were not well maintained, but the staff were super friendly. The welcome could have been warmer as well, the food was not very good. Overall, while the place offers calmness and a serene environment, it could improve significantly in terms of hospitality, activity management, and maintenance.

Good Resort with very pleasant and peace . Enjoyed alot with my family. Worth my stay. I have taken Booking of garden view room , it was clean and neat. Buffet was good both lunch and breakfast. Staff were polite and humble. Everything is good, indoor games are plenty to enjoy and even for kids plenty of options in children park. Hope we visit sooner.

We have spent 1 day in resort. For relaxing this is the best place food was awesome but non veg have less optionsWe have welcome drink, lunch,dinner next day breakfast as well included in package.If you want spent good time with family must visit.
