Pranavam Resort & Spa

The resort has a pleasant atmosphere and is a nice place to relax, but there are a few areas that need improvement.One of the biggest drawbacks is that there is no live restaurant for lunch or dinner. Guests are expected to place their lunch order during breakfast, which is very inconvenient, especially when traveling with kids. While they will mention that ordering later would involve a wait, they refused to accept our request altogether, saying the chef was busy on weekends and that all orders had to be placed in advance. It isn’t always possible to decide what everyone wants to eat so early in the day, and the staff were not willing to accommodate any last-minute requests.The breakfast spread was decent, but many items were not refilled on time. We had to repeatedly ask the staff to replenish the food, which affected the overall experience.Overall, the resort is good and has a relaxing ambience, but the food service and customer service need considerable improvement. A little more flexibility and better hospitality would make the stay much more enjoyable.

Had a wonderful stay at Pranavam Resort, Wayanad. The highlight was definitely the panoramic mountain view from the room. Waking up to mist covered hills and lush greenery was truly refreshing.The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making the stay even more relaxing. The food was another pleasant surprise with delicious, well prepared meals and a good variety.If you're looking for a peaceful getaway surrounded by nature with breathtaking views, comfortable rooms, and great food, I would highly recommend Pranavam Resort.

The resort is nice, but some aspects could be better. There isn't a live restaurant available for lunch or dinner; you must place your lunch order during breakfast, which is quite inconvenient, especially when traveling with children. Deciding everyone's meal choice so early is often difficult. The staff were inflexible and did not accommodate last-minute requests. The breakfast selection was decent, but many items were not replenished promptly, and we had to repeatedly ask the staff to refill the food, which was disappointing. Overall, the resort has a pleasant ambiance, but improvements in food and customer service are needed for a more comfortable stay.

The resort is situated in a fantastic location offering stunning views. The staff are polite and highly professional. The food was tasty and served promptly. The Mountain view cottage is certainly worth staying in. There are pleasant trails through the coffee plantation nearby. Some areas of the property appear a bit old and could use better upkeep. All in all, Pranavam provides a wonderful experience!

During my visit to Wayanad, I stayed at Pranavam Resort. The staff were extremely kind and contributed greatly to making my stay unforgettable. Their friendliness made the resort feel like a home away from home. The resort is located amidst stunning mountains and was very well kept. I am grateful to the staff at Pranavam Resort for making my experience so memorable.
