Ratapani Jungle Lodge

Our experience at Ratapani Resort was unsatisfactory. The cleanliness was lacking, and the rooms were poorly maintained. Essential amenities like the geyser and fan were non-functional, leading to avoidable discomfort. The food quality was also subpar and failed to meet expectations. In general, I feel the resort does not provide good value for the price, and I would particularly advise against it for families with infants due to the inadequate cleanliness and basic services.

Sharing my thoughts on our recent family stay at Ratapani jungle lodge. We came with high hopes, but sadly, the experience was let down by various service and upkeep problems. The booking and safari arrangements felt very unprofessional. I spent a whole day trying to contact the safari coordinator, who ignored my calls. When he finally answered, he seemed indifferent, as if doing a favor. On the morning of our safari, he was completely unreachable, and no one was at reception to help. The property condition did not match the online pictures. We saw poor maintenance, with dust and broken sofas. Worse, the bathroom exhaust fan fell off when switched on, creating a safety hazard. The dining was also disappointing for the price. Service was slow, staff seemed uninterested, and the food was mediocre. The "breakfast basket" was missing the promised coffee. Although the property has potential and a nice pool, the poor upkeep and unprofessional staff spoiled our stay. I hope this feedback helps improve your service.

The hospitality and location are the highlights of this resort; it is well-developed with a beautiful atmosphere. Looking forward to visiting again soon.

A great spot to escape the city's noise and relax. The rooms are decent, neither excellent nor poor. The food was tasty, and the overall experience was wonderful. Watching the sunrise and sunset here is definitely a must.

This place offers all you need for an ideal weekend escape: a pool, jungle atmosphere, nice views, boating, food, and animals. It's a small retreat from urban life. The rooms are clean and the service is excellent too.
