The photos and the reality is different. We had to wait for 1 hour before we could get the room. They try to give room in the adjacent hotel which is bad after insisting hard managed to get in main building. Food is very expensive not value for money. But restaurant staff are friendly.

The rooms are filthy. I changed the room 3 times. In one of the rooms there was a Rat on the bed.The bathrooms are so badly cleaned I refused to enter without shoes or slippers. There are no windows in any of the rooms. All the windows are boarded up with Aluminum Cladding, due to this the rooms have a fowl smell in them. The Chair in the room is filthy, somebody had thrown-up on it and it was not properly cleaned.

Very bad

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!To start, the images dispalyed online do NOT match the actual suites in the hotel. DO NOT GO BOOKING BASED ON THE IMAGES. The rooms are EXTREMELY SMALL, dingy, poorly ventilated and have bad mattresses to go with it. Mini fridge was also something they forgot adding to their rooms. Additionally, the bathroom was barely big enough to use without getting claustrophobia. You can literally take a shower, use the wash basin and take a leak all at the same time. To make matters worse, the breakfast buffet the next morning was in tune with the rest of the experience. Poor tasting food, limited meal options and state of the art cornflakes (served minus the milk) will always be remembered
