We stayed at Reenam during September 2025 and we had a good experience there. The hotel owner is very polite and friendly. He also took us to his garden and we had juicy Kashmiri apples and they were really delicious. The cook also prepared food of our choice and it was good. Overall I recommend a stay at this hotel ’’

Totally disappointed with service recieved during our stay. Untrined and unprofessional staffs. ( Ramesh ) "A service person Who was chewing something that smell very bad". When I told him don't chew this thing while serving food. But he was not stop chewing. The service boy attitude is very rude.Total waste of a holiday

I stayed in this hotel for four days. The food is just great. Rooms are neat and clean. The view from the balcony of snow laden mountain is just awesome.Many attractions of the Leh are at walking distance.The owner of the property is a through gentelman, who along with very courteous staff takes special care of the guests, a trade mark of Ladakhi Culture.we were here for a training program all participants were very satisfied with the hotel service. I will surely visit again.Thanks.
