We had an absolutely exceptional stay here and will definitely be visiting again! From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us so warmly and created a very cozy, homely environment that lasted throughout our entire trip. The rooms themselves were huge, exceptionally clean, and perfectly equipped with heaters that kept us comfortable. On top of that, the view from the property is absolutely superb.The hospitality we experienced was truly outstanding. The receptionists were wonderful, and the owner was incredibly warm and gracious when we were leaving. The team went above and beyond by briefing us on how to take care of our health and acclimatize to the altitude in Ladakh. They also shared great recommendations for nearby places to roam and explore, and they even helped guide us and book our travel around the region.The food was another major highlight, with a delicious breakfast served every single day of our stay and incredibly tasty meals throughout. Logistics were also a breeze, as they offer convenient airport pickup and drop-off services at an extra cost. This is an exceptional hotel, and we highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Leh!
