Everything is online and internet is shitty, so basically service is 0. Wi-fi is also bad.It is like a mystery to get things done in this hotel; e.g.: Each time to open the door one needs to look into the app/web to see the password.Please make it customer friendly.

Hosteller Leh aka Hotel Bayshu is a lovely hosteller property about 15 minutes walking from Leh Market. Their dorms (and bathrooms) are immaculate and are cleaned almost 4 times a day. The owner Dawaji was extremely accommodating, easy to deal with and organised a scooty rental at a very good price. The property manager Subhojit was extremely helpful with information and precautions to be taken before traveling to higher altitudes. Bhairav, who greeted and checked me in on the first day was instrumental in the acclimatization process on the first day; he advised me not to sleep until sunset, keep drinking water and avoid any strenuous activity at all. Achyut who handles the cafe was most hospitable and advised me on how to use the app to order and made sure I was well-fed before I set out for the day. These folks were all wonderful to talk to, shared invaluable information, their experiences in Leh and Ladakh, made suggestions to close my relatively open itinerary, helped me organise and plan transport, made food and restaurant recommendations in the various locations I was to visit outside Leh; they generally made my stay here comfortable and memorable. My warmest thanks and regards to them all and my highest commendation to this property, the owner and the team that manages it. Whether you prefer a dormitory or a private room, it’s always brimming with activity; the team that manages it keeps things positive and awesome from the moment you enter right until after checkout.
